There are no refunds or exchanges.

I encourage my customers to book a consultation with me immediately before purchasing illustrations with me to make sure I can satisfy your specifics needs + desires!

If we connect and you truly do not feel you got your moneys worth you can choose to have me make any desired changes to your current illustration FREE OF COST up to 3 hours of changes. Anything past 3 hours will be an additional charge at $35 an hour.
